The
following Organizations allow you to make a direct donation to
the Lyme Disease Foundation through your place of employment.
The
Lyme Disease Foundation participates in the "Donor Choice
Program" of many local United Ways, ask your workplace representative
for more information.
The
(CFC) is the annual
fund-raising drive conducted by Federal employees in their workplace
each fall. Each year Federal employees and military personnel
raise millions of dollars through the CFC that benefits thousands
of non-profit charities. The LDF participates in this campaign
.
Donations
must be specifically designated to the Lyme Disease Foundation.
The LDF will only receive donations that you specifically designate
to the LDF.
