Follow this link to make a direct donation
to the Lyme Disease Foundation over the internet.

If you do not want to make a donation over the internet follow
this link to donate directly to
the Lyme Disease Foundation. Print out the form and mail it to
the LDF (address is on the form). Or you can contact the LDF
directly at 860-870-0070 or email info@lyme.org to make a donation.
3)
The LDF can accept donations of cars, trucks, boats (must have
a trailer) or RV's from anywhere in the US. We will have a company
pick up the item and we will give the person a form that they
file with their income tax return with the IRS. You must have
a title to the property and no liens on the property. To donate
